Legal / Administration
Provides oversight of governance, policies, and compliance to ensure Foundations operates with excellence and integrity.
Development
Leads fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and community partnerships that sustain and grow our programs.
Finance
Guides budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure transparent and responsible stewardship of resources.
Programs & HR
Supports classroom programs, family engagement, and staff development — keeping our mission thriving in daily practice.
Facilities & IT
Assists with maintaining and improving our campus, technology, and safety systems to provide a welcoming, efficient environment.
Staff Appreciation
Plans special ways to celebrate and encourage our teachers and staff throughout the year.
Prayer
Covers our students, families, staff, and board in prayer, strengthening the spiritual foundation of our ministry.
